For this project, we had our members go to their local waterways and do some trash clean up. We went to Skippack Creek which runs through Evansburg State Park. The trail leading to this section of the creek was mostly clean of trash, but when we got to the creek, we found all this.
We found trash thrown in the water, among the rocks, and thrown about on the ground like no big deal. We think we all know that the #1 rule in nature is to Leave No Trace. Together, let’s keep our planet clean, our waters clean, and take care of the one home we’ve got. Let’s show some pride of ownership!
